Refund

Once an order is processed and payment has been made, any sale captured is final and cannot be reversed. Return or refund can only be initiated should the item be found defective. Proper documentation and proof must be submitted in support of this claim. This is in accordance with Republic Act No. 7394 or the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

In an event of a "Change of Mind" return, the buyer should comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. The item must be returned UNUSED and in COMPLETE state.

2. Customer will carry all shipping fees shipping to our warehouse.

3. We will refund the net pay amount (less commission fees + promo fees + payment processing fee)

3. We issue a 10% restocking fee based on the item SRP. (Per item)

4. Refund will be issued via cheque and should be named to the one who ordered.

Replacements

Before contacting us for replacements of your defective product, please review our product warranty qualifications below

OBJECT DEPOT warrants products against any defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship for a period after the original date of consumer purchase

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

Only the original purchaser of this product is covered under this limited warranty. This limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product.

This warranty is valid only for:

The original consumer.
With the original sales receipt for proof of purchase to make your warranty claim.

This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from:

Accident, misuse, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
Operation with the wrong type of current or voltage.
Failure to follow cleaning instructions for both the kettle and cleaning/descaling agents.
Failure to comply with any safeguards listed in the warnings and instructions of this document.

Our products have the following warranty periods following the date of purchase:

Electric: (Electric Kettles, Weighing Scales, Electronic Grinder)	1 Year
Non-Electric: (Glassware, Coffee Drippers, Cannisters, and non-electric brewing devices)	7 Days
Replaced/Repaired Part/s	All repaired or replaced parts shall be covered for six (6) months, or for the remainder of the original warranty period from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
