Once an order is processed and payment has been made, any sale captured is final and cannot be reversed. Return or refund can only be initiated should the item be found defective. Proper documentation and proof must be submitted in support of this claim. This is in accordance with Republic Act No. 7394 or the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
Our products are carefully inspected by top Quality Control Managers before exporting it to its respective authorized dealers. However, we understand that defects do happen. In a rare event of a factory defect, we will gladly accept exchanges within 1 year of the issued receipt of the product. Please do note that factory defects does not cover items that are clearly damaged through improper usage, negligence or wear and tear.
Payments made via credit card will be processed immediately. Bank Payments will be processed as soon as you send us the bank deposit slip. Contact us for deposit slip verification and state your order number.
